Professional mailboxes are powered by Mail360 by Zoho. Zoho's US headquarters are in Austin, TX, and mailbox data is stored exclusively in US-based data centers.

What is Mail360?

WebThreadz provisions professional mailboxes through Zoho's Mail360 platform. Each mailbox is a full inbox with webmail, not just forwarding. You can send and receive as your business, sync with phone and desktop apps, and keep mail separate from your personal Gmail or Outlook account.

Email forwarding at your custom domain (included with Business Essential) is included with your site plan at no extra charge. Mailboxes are an optional upgrade when you need a dedicated inbox at your domain.

When you can purchase

  • An active Business Essential site subscription
  • A custom domain connected to your site — purchased through WebThreadz or imported from your registrar
  • Mailbox add-on purchased after your domain is active (not included in site plan price)

Purchase or import your domain in the site dashboard first. Once the domain is active on your site, open the Email tab to set up Mail360 DNS and add mailboxes.

If you connect a domain you already own (not purchased through WebThreadz), you are responsible for adding and maintaining the correct DNS records at your registrar. Incorrect or conflicting MX, SPF, or DKIM records can interrupt email or your website — WebThreadz is not liable for downtime caused by DNS changes you make outside our domain purchase flow.
